Add a Donor Remembrance

We’ve created a virtual photo album on our website to honor your loved ones for their generosity as organ/tissue donors. Legacy of Life Hawaii will also feature these photos on our social media sites and LegacyofLifeHawaii.org website. Each remembrance will feature your loved one's name, photo and a few words of tribute.

There is no charge for this. We invite you to fill out the form below and press the submit button to take part in this tribute to our lifesaving donors. Please contact us at familyservices@legacyoflifehawaii.org if you have questions about this.

Please be aware that the photo you submit may need to be resized or edited to be better viewed on the website and/or social media. Tributes will be displayed on the Donor Remembrances page (we will email you when yours is posted).

Helen Chisum
October 20, 1954 - January 17, 2016

Helen Chisum loved running races and had a great love for birds, especially cockatiels. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunty, grandmother, friend and treasured member of the Honolulu City Clerk’s office. As a designated donor, she saved two lives with her donated kidneys.
